Step one: the questions第一步：定问题

We start with your buyers, not your keywords. In the first conversation we list the questions they actually ask an AI before shortlisting a vendor, with local and national variants, and agree which platforms matter for your market. Every question, every agreed platform, several runs, in clean sessions. Every answer archived as text with a timestamp. You receive a baseline report: mention rate and recommendation rate per platform, what the AI says about you when it does mention you, and who it names instead of you.
